The cost of your new roof depends on a few things.
First is the material you use. Slate is still the most inexpensive.
Second, the size of the roof must be considered. The more square feet you have the more the price goes up. Also, additional costs could be applied if repairs need to be done to the attic frame or gutters. The fascia or soffit, areas beneath the roof, may also need replacement.
When you’re ready to add new stone coated steel roofing or another material, look for local contractors. When you do, ask them about their licensing and insurance. Both are important components of a quality roofing company.
